Marisa Chisena brings an impressive, client-based, work ethic to the Fantastic Homes team. Her primary objective is to provide exceptional, personalized service to her clients and to exceed expectations throughout the course of the real estate transaction. Regardless of whether a client is selling, buying, renting or relocating, Marisa strives to keep the process smooth and seamless, even in the face of complex and unforeseen challenges.
Marisa was born in Milan and educated in both Milan and London. After finishing her studies, Marisa worked in the banking field prior to becoming a mother of three. While raising a family, she developed a need to engage herself more directly with people as well as help and serve on a volunteer basis. Taking the lead on this inspiration, Marisa immersed herself in volunteer work for several organizations both in Europe and the US. Since the mid-1980s, Marisa and her family's travels have taken them through Europe and the US with longer stays in Milan, London, New York and Miami. Marisa's transition to real estate was inspired by her personal experience purchasing/selling homes along the way from Milan to Miami and her resonating interest to interact and help people.
As a real estate professional, Marisa has repeatedly received various honors and awards for exceptional sales/service. A decade of successfully negotiating the purchase and sale of distinctive homes in South Florida is testament to Marisa's professionalism, experience and most importantly, her commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate objectives.
Home is currently Coral Gables and has been for the better part of 10 years. As a resident of Coral Gables, Marisa is very proactive in the community and highly values her involvement. Marisa currently sits on two condominium association boards and also maintains various international affiliations in the areas of commerce and education.

Ilaria grew up in Milan, Italy and received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pavia. After graduating, Ilaria went on to work in the field of economics. Her work took her to Switzerland, Spain, New York and ultimately South Florida. With numerous relocations under her belt, Ilaria is a valuable relocation resource for international clientele moving to Miami.
Ilaria's transition to the real estate field occurred while looking for her own residence in Miami. It started as an inspiration and resulted in a successful career change. Among her accomplishments as a real estate professional, Ilaria has received exclusive honors and awards for maintaining an exceptional sales record.
Ilaria divides her time between her high paced real estate career, raising a family, active involvement in the community and dedication to various charitable organizations.
